What counts as a screenshot?

Only captures the customer approved. Denied or expired requests never count against your quota.

Can you capture without consent?

No. The SDK is technically unable to capture until the user responds to the popup. Live view shows a persistent indicator.

GDPR and retention?

You choose the retention window (30–365 days), captures are encrypted at rest, and deletion requests cascade to webhooks.
